Our Main Hall accommodates up to 500 guests, 4:12 holds 80 guests, Blast fits 60 guests, and Rock accommodates 50 guests. Each space can be configured for different seating arrangements to suit your event type.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event date. We'll provide full payment details upon booking confirmation.
Yes, we have on-site parking available for your guests. The venue is also easily accessible via public transport, with Abbey Road DLR station nearby and excellent connections to Stratford station.
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own caterer. We have a list of recommended suppliers, but you're free to choose any licensed caterer that meets our venue requirements. All caterers must have appropriate insurance and food safety certifications.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between 60-90 days incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We recommend event insurance for peace of mind.
The Main Hall includes a professional sound system, stage lighting, projection screen, and microphones. Our other spaces have basic sound systems and can accommodate additional AV requirements. Technical support can be arranged for complex setups.
